10. We're going to have PETER S. BEAGLE as our Principal Speaker!  He's the author of the fantasy classic "The Last Unicorn", screenwriter for Ralph Bakshi's animated "Lord Of The Rings" and the Star Trek TNG episode "Sarek", a songwriter and folk singer, and more!

9. We're going to have MITCHELL BENTLEY as our Artist Guest of Honor!  Besides being the co-creator of Atomic Fly Studios, he's also the current President of ASFA, the Association of Science Fiction and Fantasy Artists.

8. We will have the one-and-only JEFF MACH as our Fan Guest of Honor!  Jeff is the creator or co-creator of such incredible events as The Wicked Winter Renaissance Faire and The Steampunk World's Fair.  He's also just a really awesome guy!

7. Gil Cnaan, the creator of Dorian's Parlor and all-around Big-Name-Fan, will host a Steampunk Dance Party on Friday night, starting at 10pm!  The membership rate for Friday-only is $25, which gets you into the dance and everything else at Philcon, and if you like what you see, you can go ahead and upgrade for a weekend membership and come back on Saturday and Sunday!

6.  We will have an "Appreciation" for Jeff Mach on Saturday.  And by "appreciation", we mean "roast". 

5.  There will be readings and appearances by authors like Keith DiCandido, L.A. Banks, Jonathan Mayberry, Gregory Frost, and more!

4.  We have interesting, entertaining, and just KEWL stuff going on!  Panels, talks, and workshops about interesting things in the world of SF, fantasy, and science, music and performances, costuming, a vendor's room, an art show and auction, kids' stuff, "grown-up" stuff, and MORE!

3.  Just wanna hang out in the lobby and talk to other cool and geeky people about cool and geeky things?  Well, "LOBBYCON" will be at Philcon... in the lobby, of course!

2.  You can always go to the premiere of the new Harry Potter movie NEXT weekend!  It'll be less crowded then, anyway...

1.  And, of course, I'M going to be there!
